db Connect Issue

Hello,

I am trying to use the dbConnect tool to get some better reports out of the ACADE that will link attributes on my dwg with data in my Access DB. (I hope this is what this command is for.......i think so). But the command is actually "greyed out" on the toolbar and I can not select it. Any ideas as to why this is?
