Customize parametric PLC

In the October 23, 2008 Nate Holt post, Insert Connector dialog box start-up defaults are chaged through GBL_wd_connector_config_dlg_data.
How to do it for PLC parametric Module Layout dialog box.
I always use Spacing=30 and I/O points=Allow spacers/breaks.
Starting address for new modules is always 1.
Is it possible to have a LISP that only asks for number of points and DESC 1 value at each point insertion?

What are arguments of wd_plc_net_spacing_factor_change?
