CTB files missing and cannot load them

My IT department just loaded AutoCad Electrical 2015 to my computer (old version was AutoCad Mechanical 2014).  All of my Plot styles are now missing (the standard 7 or 8 ctb/stb files that AutoCad provides).  The button next to the Plot style dropdown menu is also not available.

I have tried STYLESMANAGER command, but it only opens "My Documents", which doesnt seem right....

Does anyone know where the ctb & stb files normally reside within the Autodesk folder?

Normally, they should be located around here:

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\AutoCAD Electrical 2015\R20.0\enu\Plotters\Plot Styles

You can change this location in AutoCAD. Type config at the comand line and have a look here
