Conduit Marker Problem

Need to use Conduit Marker tool to quickly identify wireway and conduits independent of another user.
His dumb Acad schematics are in progress on new project. How can I easily insert Conduit/Wireway Marker without wire connection data? Rebuild does not help.

Right-click in a blank spot in the upper right part of your toolbar area. Select Electrical from the toolbar list. When the detailed list appears select ACE:Conduit Marker. Anchor this toolbar as desired. The first icon is for placing down a conduit marker. You can click on any line entity that is not a block and associate it as a conduit, for example a rectangle that represents a wireway in your panel. You can edit this conduit marker's tag, MFG, CAT and later define which wires are routed through it, all from the edit dialog screen.
