This sounds like the block probably has a name starting with "V" for
vertical. You will want to rename the block so it begins with an "H" for
horizontal and it should insert fine. When using BBB (Black Box Builder),
the program will look to see what orientation has the most wire connection
points and use that in the naming convention. As you can see, if it not
intended to be a vertical block and the name begins with a "V", it can cause
some headaches when attempting to insert it. In your case, you had more
connection points for vertical wires, so it treated as though it was going
to be a vertical block. Give this a try and I think you will be fine.
