Component Cross Reference linking to another sheet

Why can't i put my compenent cross refernceing on another sheet in the project and eletrical keeps the linking to it? i am running electrical 2013 would like to see electrical do this. Cross reference tables sometimes takes up too much space on one drawing and would actually be easier for our shop floor to build from if all tables were on one drawing. Is this a new feature on newer version of electrical?

Hi WACS_AE,

Not sure if this will solve your Problem.

You could customize your reports (Component, or BOM) and add in "SH" (Sheet) and  "REF" (The Rung, X Grid, or X/Y Grid Reference).

The reports are updatable, and any changes can be re-published to the existinbg table.

I hope this helps,

James
