Ray I am not sure what version of AutoCAD you were referring to as it only came across as Acad200 I had MDT 2004 and INV 7 installed on my machine with ACADE 2204 and saw problems. I currently have MDT2004DX and INV 8 and still see no problems. These product should be able to run side-by-side without any issues. Good luck and have fun with the products!! -- Regards, Jared Bunch Technical Support Specialist Autodesk, Inc "srayc" wrote in message news:13781652.1076084796632.JavaMail.jive@jiveforum2... > Can AcadE 2004 co-exist on the same machine with the following: > Acad200 > Mech Desktop 2004 > Inventor 7 SP1 > > Thanks > Ray C.

Oops....my previous post was supposed to have said that I had AutoCAD Electrical installed with MDT2004 and INV 7 and did not see any problems. There have been no reported problems with MDT2004DX and INV 8 either. You should be fine. Sorry for the previous post! Thanks for the reply!
It was Acad2000.
I have installed AcadE2004 and things seem OK, but I have not tried anything complicated YET!
