is how I got started using the "ace_cb_insert" API call:
http://mfgcommunity.autodesk.com/blogs/blog/view/7/Circ_builder_API_correction/
Have a look in 'API Help' located in "Electrical Help Topics" off of the help
menu. Other than that I've been taking apart the spreadsheet located in
c:\documents and settings\all users\documents\autodesk\acade
2009\support\ace_circuit_builder.xls The template files are located in
c:\documents and settings\all users\documents\autodesk\acade
2009\libs\jic125\ace_cb1_FVNR_H.dwg I suggest backing up all the original
files that you modify. Trial and Error has worked for me so far but it has
been a bumpy road 🙂 Good Luck. PJF.

That is the same thing I am running into. There seems to be nobody or no place
that has any information on how to customize the circuit builder. I think I
could use the circuit builder for every drawing, if I could find out how to
customize it for my needs. According to my VAR there isnt even anybody at
autodesk that can (or is willing) to help. Chad
