Change PRoject from JIC to IEC

Is there a procedure to chang a project from JIC Standards to IEC Standards?

You should be able to use the "Swap Block" utility in "Library Swap" mode to
flip the component block inserts on your JIC drawing to IEC. You may have to
experiment with the scale setting in the utility since the two libraries
will probably not be drawn at the same scale ("inch" vs "metric").
