change child symbol

currently the child will show booth open & close contact, is it any option/way how to change the graphical symbol into change over contact?, I feel this way will make user easy to understand the drawing, Hope i will get reply s/body from Autodesk.

There is not currently a way to do this. It has been logged as a wish list
item.

how you create the symbol? what software are you use to create the symbol?, is it any option if i play around with visiual basic or java programming to change the symbol?
i have to change the symbol asap. i need your help.

The symbols are characters in a special text font, acaderef.shx. I am not
sure creating your own font would help since the characters assigned to each
symbol is part of the AcadE cross-referencing. You could write something to
do the entire cross-referencing but I don't see a way to tie in to the AcadE
cross-referencing function.
