There is not a command to do this specifically. You can use the regular
AutoCAD Break command. You could also use the AcadE Move Component and move
it enough to break the wires and then Scoot it back. You could delete the
wire and reinsert right across the component and it will break
automatically.
I will log this idea as a suggested feature for the future.

But suppose you have drawn a line over a component and changed that line
afterwards to a wire. Is there then an option to break the wire on the
component?
For example:
If you have the situation like mentioned above, you click a button and
select the component and the wire will get broken.
Do i have to write a lisp for it or is it already somewhere in AE?
