BOM put on wrong drawing

When you select the BOM to be put on a drawing what determines what drawing it goes on ? (ACADE2008)

Every once in a while when I go to put a BOM on a Drawing it QSAVES the current drawing and opens up another drawing and places the BOM on this wrong drawing by mistake. It does this automatically saves the wrong drawing and returns to the original drawing.

If there is an existing table on the other drawing
in the project, and that table is for the same report, and uses the same format
.set file (or none at all), then AcadE determines this is an update of teh same
report. If you are not updating the same report you can either use different
.set files, or on the Table Generation Setup dialog, select New (non-updatable)
in the upper left.
