I am new to ACAD Electrical and have 2008 version. What I want to do is add parts to the catalog database and be able to make attributes out of the catalog information and put it in a bill of materials. MFG, Cat, Description and Part# (in house#) Not sure want attribute would be best fot the in house part# I was thinking instalation or assy code? My question is how do i tie the catalog info to the BOM? I figured out how to do the data extraction but that info is not there.
