Black_White PLot Settings

I know this is a simple Autocad 2004 question. Isn't there an easy way to force plots to back and white? Or do I still have to go to each pen and assign it to "Color 7"? -nn

NetNathan On the "Plot Device" tab, there should be a drop down box labeled with the option for PLOT STYLE TABLE. Here you would want to select MONOCHROME.CTB and that will print everything one solid black and white. -- Regards, Jared Bunch Technical Support Specialist Autodesk, Inc "NetNathan" wrote in message news:3fe9c3d5$1_6@statler... > I know this is a simple Autocad 2004 question. > Isn't there an easy way to force plots to back and white? > Or do I still have to go to each pen and assign it to "Color 7"? > -nn > >

I tried changing my plot style table but I don't get any options to select except for "none". I have changed the path in the "Tools/Options" box for the plot style table search path to the correct directory contain all our standards. This same directory is used by all the mechanical designers using AutoCAD 2004. It works for them, but not for me. I still have AutoCAD 2000 and Mechanical Desktop 4 installed.

My other drawing must have been corrupt or something, now I have the option for plot styles except the monochrome doesn't show up. The other problem I am having is that my plot fades from dark to light at the top to the bottom.
