Big Problems After Fixing Wire Numbers

I fixed my wire numbers project-wide, before reflecting some as-built changes where wires were moved but kept their original numbers.

After adding some new content, I did a project-wide automatic wire numbering, to assign wire numbers to the new stuff.

Now, jumper wire segments that were previously all the same wire number have gotten individual wire numbers

In the attached screenshot, all of the green wire numbers (except the one dependent on a destination signal arrow) are undesired.

What have I done wrong? Thanks.

For anybody that might encounter this problem in the future, I believe ACE 2008 SP1 resolved the problem for me. I suspect it was related to this issue, mentioned in the readme file:

Wire Sequence using Wire Tee markers can report incorrectly if daisy chained source/destination arrows are used.
