B.O.M question about USER attribute versus Description Attribute

I would like to know how I can use the USER attributes when I insert a component.
Because in "insert / Edit component" dialog box, we can fill the description attribute (line 1, line 2, ...)
But I want give attribute for User 1 attribute to have the price of my project with the using of B.O.M with "User Post" option.

How I can do that ?
