Autodesk Migration Tool Problems

I attempt to Migrate custom settings using the migration tool in my autodesk folder, but I get the following messages.

Import: Error encountered migrating files: Access to the path 'C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Acade 2010\fonts\AcadEref.shx' is denied.

Import: Error encountered migrating files: Access to the path 'C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Acade 2010\support\color\DIC Color Guide1.acb' is denied.

Import: Error encountered migrating files: Access to the path 'C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Acade 2010\fonts\AcadEref.shx' is denied.

Import: Error encountered migrating files: Access to the path 'C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Acade 2010\support\color\DIC Color Guide1.acb' is denied.

I am assuming it has something to do with my anti-virus software or maybe windows, but i am not sure how to get around the problem. Does anyone have any suggestion?

What's your operating system ? try to turn off your  anti-virus software or windows firewall. and please also try this under Admin previlige account.
