AutoCad Electricl 2015 in virtual machine on mac - change 'delete' button action

Im running Autocad 2015 in a Windows 7 virtual machine on a Mac and I cant get the 'delete' button on the keyboard to act the delete function. Only acts as a 'backspace' button.

Is there anyway i can change the behaviour of the button as it is getting annoying to type in delete everytime i want to remove a block from my drawing.
