How to remove the "-" in front of text after insert icon?

Can you clarify exactly what you're asking? Or maybe attach a picture?

Try checking out the screen capture below.  Maybe that is why you are getting the dash when inserting a component.  Look under Project Properties, Components for the selections in the image.

Hello Tran,

The "-" is a part of device ID that is used when you are operating on Asian/EMEA standards like IEC, GB etc. You can use the supress settings in project settings dialog box. You need to make sure the use of these component tag settings & Use as per your requirement.You can learn more about this setting  at
