Autocad Electrical P&ID functionality

Can the P&ID symbols be resized without destroying the blocks and maintaining the integrity of all the attributes and the general look and feel of the symbol?

For single instances, you can scale the blocks on insert or after, just like the normal electrical blocks.

If you go to Components->Symbol Library->Modify Symbol Library you can pick appropriate library and scale all the blocks as well as change fonts, attribute size and so on. Just be aware that this will take a fair while and involves opening each block and making the changes as required. It is probably best to run this command overnight or even over then weekend so as to not confilct with trying to work on dwgs.

It can be scaled schematic or panel symbol during insertion, see attached image.
