AutoCAD Electrical 2013 will not load

Hello,

I am an IT Specialist with a community college, running AutoCAD Electrical 2013 on about 100 computers.  Electrical is part of a suite that also includes base AutoCAD 2013, AutoCAD Architecture, AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD MEP, AutoCAD Inventor, AutoCAD Mechanical, AutoCAD MAP, and AutoCAD REVIT.

On our systems,  we have an image-build process that is based on command-line scripting, written out by our systems analysts.  In this process, base AutoCAD classic is installed firston our computers, followed by the other programs in alphabetical order.

All the other programs launch, but when I click AutoCAD Electrical, the program will not launch at all.  It just gives me the busy "circle arrow" indicating the program is loading.  Eventually this stops and nothing else happens.

If it helps, I am running Windows 7 x64 Enterprise Edition.

Any suggestions would be most appreciatied.
