Autocad Electrical 2010 ribbon

Hello,

I have Autocad Electrical 2010 64 bit running on Windows 7.

All my ribbon icons that relate to the electrical portion of Autocad (Schematic, Panel, Reports, Import/Export data and Conversion tools) have changed to question marks, and when I click on them I get variations of the message "error; no function definition: XXXX" where XXXX is the name of the function (like ACE_CMD_CIP).  All the other icons are normal and function normally.

This happened after my log-in account was migrated from one domain to another.  I've looked at the support file paths and they all seem to be present.  I've tried doing a repair but that had no effect
