Below is the information from the readme file with details on the issues
addressed in the service pack.

Pat Murnen

Circuit Builder

a.. Wires are not always inserted or removed correctly when placing a
circuit.
b.. Circuit Builder would create wire layers containing '@WSIZE@' if an
exact wire size was not given.
c.. Circuit Selection dialog controls might get removed after hitting the
Esc key.
Cross-referencing

a.. Project-wide Cross-reference would fail on drawings with only child
components.
b.. Cross-referencing would fail if your cross-reference format contained
a double byte character that was not the first character in the format or if
the format contained more than one double byte character.
Item Balloons

a.. You could get duplicate item numbers assigned when running Resequence
Item Numbers on multiple drawings in a project.
b.. Item number balloons do not automatically get added or removed from a
schematic child component when changes are made to the multiple catalog
items currently defined for the schematic component.
Insert/Edit Components/Footprints

a.. In some cases Receptacle pins would show as Plug pins when editing a
connector.
b.. Insert PLC and Multiple Wire Bus commands would display invalid
characters when trying to use command line options.
c.. Line1 and Line2 values from PLC modules are not getting assigned to
individual PLC I/O points when linked.
Miscellaneous

a.. Wire Annotation of Panel Footprint does not always use the 'Suppress
any duplicated annotation on each terminal' setting even when toggle ON.
b.. Layer Properties can get set back to AutoCAD default values when
inserting an AutoCAD Electrical saved circuit.
c.. Title Block Update does not update the drawing Sheet value if the
'Activate each drawing to process' option is toggled ON.
d.. Spreadsheet to PLC incorrectly breaks PLC modules that have multiple
breaks defined.
e.. For large multiple level terminals, internal jumpers could get
scrambled.
f.. Opening a project can take longer when compared to previous releases.
g.. When converting Promis.e® drawings, symbol attributes do not always
hold their rotation value.
h.. Wire source signal cross-referencing does not always get updated with
new sheet values when Project-Wide Update/Retag is ran.
i.. Leading dash character is getting removed from child components on
update.
j.. Qsave and Saveas begin to fail with the message 'a command in
progress. Hit enter to cancel or [Retry]'.
Migration Utility

a.. Migration Utility throws an exception error and the AutoCAD Electrical
Migration Utility dialog appears blank.
Reports

a.. Incorrect sort fields in the Panel Bill of Material 'By TAG' format.
b.. Schematic Bill of Material 'Tallied Purchase List Format' returns
incorrect quantity.
c.. Components tags listed in Bill of Material reports can get out of
alignment in some situations.
d.. Incorrect Quantities for terminals can be displayed in reports if Item
Number is assigned to only some of the terminals.
e.. Drawing List Report could fail if active project has any User Defined
attributes defined.
Symbol Builder

a.. When trying to create a symbol that contains closed entities like a
rectangle, AutoCAD Electrical could crash on the Wblock.
b.. Symbol Attribute template name could change after selecting objects to
include in the symbol.
c.. Pick and dragging geometry can leave ghost images of the geometry on
the drawing.
Terminal Strip Editor

a.. When you insert an internal jumper onto a terminal with 12 or more
levels, AutoCAD Electrical crashes.
b.. Sorting by the Conductor column of the Cable Information tab causes
AutoCAD Electrical to crash.
c.. Multiple catalog item number 9 does not get written correctly to the
terminal footprint.
d.. Associating terminals can cause AutoCAD Electrical to lock up in
certain situations.
e.. When lowering the number of levels on a terminal with an internal
jumper spanning all the levels, AutoCAD Electrical can crash.
f.. Clearing the block properties on a terminal that has an internal
jumper right after assigning them can cause AutoCAD Electrical to lock up.
g.. Unable to insert graphical terminal strip if WD_PNL configuration
block is inserted onto paper space.
h.. Associating terminals can cause terminal number to be lost under
certain situations.
i.. A terminal strip can get inserted multiple times onto the same
drawing.
j.. Item Number assigned to a terminal could get lost if the terminal
strip is reinserted or rebuilt.
