ATTREQ not resetting in Swap

The Swap command does not reset the ATTREQ system variable. The command changes the variable to a value of "0" which will insert blocks with the defaults for the values of all attributes (not allowing the user to enter the values of the block's attributes during insertion.

Hyun, You're right. I'll log this in the defect queue and see if this can be fixed in the next release. Nate.
