AcePmComServer6.exe Error!! Again and again and...

What is this error and why is it happening so much? I am running ACADE 2009 on an XP machine. I didn't have this error until I started working with terminal block footprints.

Hi, well what happens if you run AutoCad Electrical 2009 with SP3, the hotfix only works for SP2 and I am having the same AcePmComServer6.exe Error ( I thought the latest hotfixes are all included in the service packs). It started to happen a few times, I was annoyed but simply re-started AutoCad and the problem went away for a while. Now I get the error on startup before even opening a project..Is there a fix for this...

Thanks

I don't know if this will help or not, but you might try uninstalling SP3,
installing SP2 and then applying the hotfix, then installing SP3 and see
what that does for you. There are some situations where hotfixes are not
rolled up into the service pack, but I am not sure if this is one of those
or not. Hope this helps.

Mike
