If you are installing from a network, chances are someone created a
network deployment image. If someone has, then it appears as though they
had also setup to share the databases and symbols somewhere in a central
location for all users to access, with this setup, several files, including
the plc mdb file will not be located on your local machine. I would suggest
contacting the person whom created the install image on the network to see
where they shared the files at. In addition, you may be able to find where
they are by looking at your AutoCAD support paths. (TOOLS > OPTIONS > FILES
> "SUPPORT FILE SEARCH PATH") The first path listed here should be the
share location.

File ACE_PLC.MDB is missing from my installation. I checked under my
directory "C:\Documents and Settings\\Application
Data\Autodesk\AutoCAD Electrical 2005\R16.1\enu\Support\AeData" and found
only the sub-directories "Catalog" and "Proj". I should note that we are
loading the application from our network.
