ACD PLANT 3D 2013 ISSUES

Please help i am having an issue with plant 3d 2013, when i merge data it is supposed to prompt me with a box indicating the data has been merged and im supposed to hit ok. This box is coming up its just not appearing on the screen and i have to hit tab twice and then enter so it hits the ok button. if anyone knows of a fix please help. I have ran a repair on the software and also checked my resolution settings, i have also updated the sp from 1 to 2.

I just happened across this post.
It sounds like the box is working, but it is off your screen so you can't see it. Try this. Next time it should be there:
1. Press Alt + Space.
2. Press M for move.
3. Press one of the arrow keys on the keyboard to start it moving.
4. Move your mouse.

The box should 'snap' to your mouse, and you should be able to place it where you want. Hopefully it stays there from then on.
