The wd_dinrl.xls file is located in the Catalogs folder by default. Have
you moved folders around for networking? the Catalogs folder is located by
default under My Documents\AeData\. The AeData folder can be moved to a
network drive, but you need to go to AutoCAD Electrical Options and add the
search path to the top of the Support File Search Path.

THANKS FOR THE HELP.
ALL I HAD TO DO WAS MOVE THE ALREADY EXISTING PATH TO THE TOP AND IT WORKS NOW.
