ACADE 2012 Multiple balloon insert gone wrong

When inserting a balloon for a component that has multiple catalog references, the balloons are not inserted adjacent to each other. To get them aligned I must UnGroup the inserted balloons and then drag them into postion.

Is there a way to correct this insertion problem?

Be sure you haven't changed the balloon Direction options.  Version 2012 features the option to assign the direction of the additional balloons (i.e. up, down, left, right).  It will remember the last setting used.  Watch the command line prompt as you are inserting balloon leaders (see attached screen capture).  I haven't seen any negative issues wit this new feature, but you have to be aware that it will default to the last setting.  I always use angle with last segment.
