AcadE 2010 - Unable to batch plot/publish

We have an EE unable to batch plot/publish to pdf from AcadE2010 SP1.  He is running Win7, 64-bit.  The other 3 EE's we have are running AcadE 2010 - no SP, WinXP, 32-bit.

Anyone have any thoughts?

Is the publish option in the menu disabled?

Error messages?

Does it create a PDF, but it's only blank pages?

Can you print a single PDF?

If you select printer DWG To PDF.pcs in Plot dialog, still cannot plot  ?
