AcadE 2007 Reports return no data to display

Hi All,
I have a client that has had an interesting problem with his AcadE 2007... when he runs any form of report the response id No Data to Display and there is no report generated. I am now having the same problem on both of my machines at work. My clients on sp0, I am on sp1. I have re-installed AcadE but no luck... Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance

John

What report(s) are you attempting to run? Can you post a sample drawing
and provide the specific report and where you are calling the report from.

Thanks

I hope this helps!

Many of the reports do queries on the active project's scratch database file
to retrieve the info to display. If no data is returned from the query, then
AcadE issues the "no data" message on the command line. This could mean that
the project's scratch database file is not being updated automatically. If
you have Microsoft Access on your machine, you can pop open the appropriate
database file and see if there is data there. For example, if you're not
seeing data for a "wire from/to" report, check the WFRM2ALL table to see if
it is populated. If you're not seeing data in the BOM report, check the
"COMP" and "PNLCOMP" tables (for schem and panel BOMs respectively).

Your project's scratch database file name is displayed in the project
manager window when you click on the project name. If it seems that you're
not getting good data, try this... exit AcadE. Go to the folder where the
project's scratch database file is located and delete the file. Then restart
AcadE and let it rebuild the database file. Then test the reports.
