2phase ladder possible

I'd like to create a ladder that has on the left 2 phases of a 240v power supply, with a neutral on the right.

Possible?

I'm new at Electrical, so be gentle!

The best way to go about this is to insert a three phase ladder and move the
last phase to the right for neutral. There is no harm in moving one of the
phases. There is no intelligence in the wires that make up the ladder. The
intelligence is with the ladder numbers themselves, more specifically the
top one.

I created a routine that would create ladders pre-positioned on our drawings with rungs and without rungs. I would imagine that you could create a similar routine that would simply insert two phases instead of three.
