We would like to see a warning dialog box when deleting an alignment with an associated data shortcut and/or any object that has an associated data shortcut would be best.
We ran in to an issue where an engineer deleted an alignment that was data referenced and used in other plans. After this was done it essentially made any drawing using the data reference unusable. We would get a message 'missing logical in restore file'. We eventually restored the design drawing and data shortcut folder to an earlier version and everything worked fine.
