Street Capacity - Inlet Spacing

I would like Corridors to display street section flow capacities to help with inlet spacing design. 

1. The user would enter an allowable flow depth in Corridor properties.
2. Link codes would have surface Manning's n information for calculations.
3. There would be color banding range settings available to light up the corridor with the range of flow capacities, just like slope shading.
4. The user could click on a section, same motion as if the user was selecting a section to go to the Section Editor, and the exact street capacity at that section would be available.
