set work folder for data shortcuts

Use openfolderdialog instead of folderbrowsingdialog when setting work folder for data shortcuts.

just faster if you are working on network with many different folder structures. folder browsing dialog box can store folder on the left side also have a history in the drop down box. where you type the path.

i got a lot more wishlist or bad programming decision suggested fix. just been too lazy to post here and lost my big long document i collected for a year of working. will think them up as i do a new project and will keep posting here.
