Read the Desckeys for entering Descriptions of COGO points.

It would be a great if the defined Descriptor Keys, could be used and selected directly from the panarama point Desription box for entering and editing COGO points.  As the user begins type a point description in the observation database and/or edits a point descripton Civil 3D should read the Desckeys and populate and auto pop down list of all descriptor keys defined.  In the field our survey data collectors have this ability, therefore it only makes sense of allow surveyors in the office to have the same feature.
