I'd like to see a link to Quick Calc added to the rotation line in the Properties palette when a Civil 3D Note label is selected. That way you would be able to select the rotation by 2 points in the drawing. I often use it with Mtext. With a Note I have to figure the angle first then type it into the rotation field.
