Parcel Sizing Methods

I like the parcel sizing methods. However in this area and in many others from my understanding when laying out parcels we are concerned with the frontage at the building setback not the parcel boundary. I think it would be within reason to allow the parcel commands to have a setback value where the minimum frontage value is measured.

sure thing! right now I make a dummy parcel frontage at the BRL, and layout
around the curve, then delete the dummy and do freeform to match the results
from the first run. sigh.

Is that really less work than just doing them manually?

50' lot width to the inch. the bubble hasn't burst around here, and if i get
just one more lot in...... ah, the greed.
