A subject without content.  Please explain, because what may be obvious to you is not so obvious to others, like myself, as I'm quite dense.  What is an offset xref and what would you do with it?

The lack of content is surely due to IE9's inability to work properly with existing forums, unless the user happens to learn that they need to enable Compatability Mode for these forums.

IE9? I didn't realize that folks still use Internet Explorer as their default browser.  That's very sad.

I don't have IE9 installed, but IE8 has a broken page icon to the right of the address bar when visting a website. Clicking it allows you to add the site to the pages viewed in compatability mode. You may need to go to Tools, or Page?

Maybe you should try installing Firefox 4 or Chrome, maybe even Opera.  They're safer to use than IEx.  Just a suggestion.
