It's been requested before, Feature Line styles, and additionally figure styles

Two wishes:

1. Feature lines should have the option of looking like linetype generation enabled polylines.  This is long overdue and has been apparently available in Microstation for quite some time.  An existing fence line should look like a fence line and not a continuous line simply because there are numerous vertices.  On a recent project, I had to explode the feature lines into 2D polylines to acheive the style I needed.  Not cool.

2. Figure styles with hatches... see image;

Edge width, edge hatching, interior hatching, masks, etc... On the same project as above, I had to explode the buildings and other structures into 2D polylines, and then use AECPOLYGON to get the desired style.  For the image to the far right, I also used a wipeout to mask the "non-surveyed structure face" as AECPOLYGON doesn't hide the edge hatch of the associated hidden edge.  I'm looking for a cleaner Civil 3D style solution.

Thanks.
