Add a target of Invert to the label styles. You can target the Rim but not the Invert. I saw someone trying to place text at the invert by using an expression. But I think that the invert should be available as a target.

Definitely add to this wish! Currently you can set the target to Top, MIddle or Bottom of structure, but the setting is per drawing. This setting should instead be available in the label style composer so each structure label style can be set up as required.
