Integrate Hydraflow into Civil 3D

Please get the Hydraflow packages actually into Civil 3D with a menu of its own.

Not run as a parallel and disconnected application as it is now.

Look at the options we had in LDD off the Hydrology menu. We were able to work right inside LDD. We were able to graphically pick our Tc lengths and slopes, channel slopes, culvert inverts, basin areas, spillway crest elevations, etc.
