Draw feature lines/arcs like figure arcs in field

Maybe this has already been answered but I could not find it in a search:

When doing a topo in the field of a top of curb along a curve I would put a desc. TC1 on the leading tangent and TC1 OC at the pc , lets say I take 25 shots along this curve and use TC1 again to define the pt and trailing tangent.

 When imported this figure line has a nice clean curve. I do this for all MY topo's.

But, when I occasionally have to draft up a topo done by someone else they fail to use the proper desc commmands.

I am now faced with having to edit the raw/text files or draw the lines/curves manually with feature lines.

I wish when drawing feature arcs I had the option to use an OC option and pick each point around the curve or by point# instead of using just arc or second point. Much like you do when you use the best filt curve command.
