Create a report or data extraction from surface spot level labels

I need to create a setting out table for a small area of the surface I'm working on. Just a few dozen points, not every point on the surface.

To keep in line with previous issued drawings, I want a table showing the reference number, level, easting, and northing of each point. Previously I've done this with a data extraction on a custom block I created, but would have to manually enter the spot level. I want to be able to do this with the surface labels, as they're already set up, but data extraction doesn't list the attributes I need.
