Corridor Section Editor Upgrades

Change the Apply to Range of Stations function in the Corridor Section Editor so that there is an option to apply parameter edits to other station 3 different ways:

1.  Apply the entire assembly to a range of stations

2.  Apply an entire subassembly to a range of stations

3.  Apply a single parameter to a range of stations

As the function stands it is hard to make changes to stations if parameter edits have already been made to another subassembly at a different range of stations without overriding parameter edits that have already been made.

Secondly, add a feature to lock the corridor section editor so that when the station changes it does not always zoom to extents.
