Change surface data properties

Should be able to change the settings used to add data to the surface.

Should be able to switch a surface boundary from 'hide' to 'show'.  Switch if from 'Destructive' to 'Non-Destructive'.

Should be able to switch a feature line from 'Proximity' to 'Standard'.  Change the weeding/supplementing/mid-ordinate values.

I don't see any value in having to delete objects from the definition and add them again just to change these settings.

Oh, and while you're at it, think of a better name than 'Destructive' and 'Non-Destructive'.  Maybe something like "Trimming" / "Deleting".
