For Catchements:

- Allow them to be editted after being created.

- Add a property/reference to the structure/pipe that the catchment liinks

- Accessible properties in .NET API

For Pipe:

- More control of rotation (similar to surface labels).

- Leader tails follow same rotation when in dragged states.
