Bounded volumes using polyline elevation

The "Bounded Volumes..." command always uses a base elevation of zero when
running a bounded volume against a TIN surface. It would be very helpful if
this command would use the polyline elevation as the base elevation instead
of zero. This way, we could do staged storage calculations without having
to go through the hassle of creating a dummy TIN surface from our polyline,
and then creating a volume surface for each elevation increment. Even
better, if there was a "staged storage" command that prompted you to select
a TIN surface and a boundary polyline & it calculates the volume between the
two in specified elevation increments from the low point to the high point
and reports the cut/fill at each elevation.

I'll second that request.........the latter part, I mean. Volumes by
elevation range!
