Autocad Solids in Section Views and Profile

I would like to have sections of Autocad Solids in Civil3d sections views and profiles similar to the projection command but like the autocad command "sectionplanetoblock" with to option to see cut-away geometry and background lines

Yes! This is simple and all it would require is some additional component types in the projection style (for both profile and sections):

Autocad Solid Occluded Edges

Autocad Solid Cut Edges

Autocad Solid Silhouette Edges

Autocad Solid Facet Edges

Autocad Solid Cut Face (with hatch options)

...and in the profile and section tabs of the projection style, a check box for back clipping on. This is either for elevation view sections or cut-away sections.

That should be a good start, good enough for most engineering drawings.
