Ability to truly edit parcels AND have them work with Vault

I'd like to have the ability to be able to truly edit parcels - edit the
radius of a curve, etc. after it's been converted to a parcel and still
have it retain the dynamic state of parcels. Also, it would be
wonderful if you could check them into a project using Vault and not
have to use LandXML.

I agree. I dislike the fact that if I move an alignment, I have to redo all
of the ROW parcels which can be completely disruptive. I have pretty much
resigned myself to anytime i move the alignment, I erase all parcels-
including invidual lots- just to be sure my geometry is still 100%. I don't
mind really- it is heaps faster than what I used to do before c3d but it
would be nice....

I have had extend work for me about 65% of the time. I'd like trim to work as well, but I have found that the "delete sub-entity" button does the job pretty nicely. It just takes a couple extra clicks to get it.
